I listened to the B.S. Report yesterday (a little late), and I’ve got to wonder about his NBA Playoffs picks… especially since he didn’t even know who was going to get the home court advantage between Utah and Houston.

If he didn’t do enough research to get that right, can you really trust any of his picks?

It’s funny that he wouldn’t be homer enough to pick the Boston Celtics over Los Angeles in the Finals, but given that he didn’t think Utah or Phoenix had a chance against LA it sounds like he is actually more of an LA homer than a Boston homer.

Doesn’t he realize that the Lakers don’t play defense!?!

If it really was Lakers vs Celtics, the Celtics would eat them alive.

The Celtics have home court advantage.

The Celtics won the season series 2-0 in the regular season.

The Celtics have an awesome home court record.

The Celtics have an awesome road record.

The Celtics play defense.

The Celtics will be rested from winning most of the series leading up to the finals in 4 or 5 games.

Did I mention that the Celtics play defense?

Has he not been watching the Celtics?

I don’t even much like the Celtics, and I realize that they would beat the the Lakers in a 7 game series. Heck, I’d be surprised if it went any more than 5 games.

Not that the Lakers will really get to the finals anyway, but I’ll leave that for another blog.
