Statistics-wise, Luther Head has been doing pretty well for himself in a 6th man role. I picked him up in a few of my leagues where I was lacking a bit in three pointers. I’m usually wary about picking up non-starters, but Van Gundy has been playing him a decent number of minutes every night, and his statistics in those minutes have been very good.
Luther Head was named to the starting lineup in his absense, which, if history proves any type of indicator, stands to be substantial. A month or two, most likely.
With increased minutes, his statistics are bound to improve over the already decent ones that he has been getting in a reserve role.
If Luther Head were a stock, I’d be yelling…
